About the Event: This presentation will provide an overview of how our implicit biases can limit our ability to have diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in our workplace atmosphere as well as our personal lives. The overview will be followed by an interactive discussion on how we can work to disrupt our biases and work together to eliminate structural racism and exclusion in every sphere.

Presented by: Soudie Tahmassebipour is an Iranian-American attorney currently working as an independent diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging consultant. Her most recent clients have included The New England Center for Children and  Boston College Law School. She has supervised hundreds of attorneys and has dedicated her career to empowering and advocating for individuals who have been historically marginalized by the system. Attorney Tahmassebipour is also one of the founders of the Wachusett Area Social Justice Alliance and serves as the President/Executive Director of the organization.
